About Braeholm Helensburgh

Braeholm is a family centre which prides itself on being a ‘home from home’. It is run by Aggie Westons, the Royal Naval charity which has been serving the naval service since 1876. There are discounts for all Service personnel. We welcome bookings from members of the public too and with a selection of single, twin, double and family suites available, you can expect a warm Scottish welcome for you and your family.

The town of Helensburgh is a popular venue for sailors wishing to take advantage of the beautiful lochs and inlets and the town is close to the Royal Northern Yacht club and Rhu Marina.

Helensburgh is home to Hill House and anyone with a passion for design and architecture will love Charles Rennie Mackintosh's design. It is also just ten minutes drive from Loch Lomond, Ben Lomond and Scotland's first National Park.

There is a direct rail link from Helensburgh into Glasgow which is 23 miles away. Trains run every 30 minutes. Glasgow International Airport is just 30 minutes drive by car.
