Large cottage:
Three bedrooms en-suite and fourth bedroom with private bathroom. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, with colour television. Comfortable lounge with an open Victorian fire.
Tariff: £500-1975 per week

Small cottage:
An open-plan, but 'n' ben cottage with the fitted kitchen area, lounge area with sofa and matching upholstered rocking chair, TV/DVD combined, music system and double bed area. There is a small dressing room with small built-in cabin bed (best suited for children). Shower room and toilet.
Tariff : £180-495 per week

2 Cottage Apartments
5 minutes from Station Cottages and adjacent to Loch Lomond Marina. Offering picturesque views, the cottage apartments consists of lounge, double bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and shower/bathroom. Garden. Dogs Welcome at an additional housekeeping charge of £10.00 per week.
Tariff: £190 - £600 per week

Deposit £50, payable 1 week after booking. Balance due 6 weeks in advance.

Location
Conveniently positioned at the main gateway to the Highlands in Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Located in Balloch by the riverside, Station Cottages are conveniently situated offering picturesque views of the river to the rear while a three-minute stroll along the riverside pathway will take you to the heart of Balloch village. These self catering cottages provide an ideal base for touring and sightseeing or, just unwinding and relaxing.

Local Activities
Local activities available include clay pigeon shooting, golfing, walking, cycling, fishing, watersports, sailing, boat hire and shopping. Horse riding and pony trekking can also be found just outside Balloch.

There is also a choice of ten different restaurants and hotels all within an few minutes easy walking distance. Off road parking is provided, so you can easily park your car for the night and enjoy a leisurely stroll to the nearby hotels, bars and restaurants. Alternatively if travelling on business to the West of Scotland, Station Cottages is only 25 minutes by car from Glasgow city centre, or 20 minutes by car from Glasgow Airport. Whatever your reason for travel, a very warm Scottish welcome awaits you at Station Cottages.

Sweeneys Cruises leave from Balloch bridge and sail up the loch to Luss, passing Inchmurrin Island.

Directions to Balloch and Station Cottages
From the south:
Exit at junction 4 on the M74, leading onto the M73. Exit at junction 2 on M73, leading onto M8 Glasgow City Centre. Continue through Glasgow City Centre, crossing the Kingston Bridge and continue past Glasgow Airport. Exit at junction 30 leading onto M898. The M898 becomes the A898 Erskine bridge. Keep to left hand lane when crossing the bridge. Join A82 for Crianlarich.
Continue on A82 through Dumbarton following signs for Loch Lomond. On approaching Loch Lomond turn right at the Stoneymollan roundabout. Follow signs for the tourist information centre. We are situated across from Balloch train station. Trains run regularly from Glasgow Queen Street to Balloch Station.
