The Loch Lomond Arms Hotel is a traditional inn situated in the heart of one of Scotland’s loveliest villages. This beautiful Loch Lomond hotel remains true to its tradition as an 18th century village inn but with the comfort and facilities of a modern hotel. The hotel has 14 individually designed bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a weddings and events suite.
The Loch Lomond Arms Hotel dates back to the 17th Century when it welcomed travellers as a Coaching Inn. The interiors have been sympathetically updated by Serena Williams-Ellis to reflect our history and location in Loch Lomond, whilst offering the best of modern comfort. Named after the Scottish clans, each bedroom is unique and brings together Scottish woollen blankets with plump feather-filled pillows, antique furniture and vintage prints. We have first floor and under the eaves bedrooms in the main house, and ground floor rooms in our separate coach house.
At the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, food and drink are our passions. Our menus, under the direction of Head Chef Allan McLaughlin, reflect the wonderful natural bounty of the Scottish Highlands. Seasonal vegetables, fruit and aromatic herbs are grown in our home garden; black-faced lamb, pheasant and venison are sourced from the surrounding hills; and salmon is fresh from the nearby sea lochs. Our drinks menu has been carefully developed to offer perfect partnerships with our delicious food and includes hand-pulled craft ales from the Loch Lomond Brewery alongside an enviable wine selection.
Loch Lomond offers year-round enjoyment and interest – from walking and stalking to golf and boating. The Loch Lomond Arms provides a haven from which to venture or to simply relax and enjoy the best of Scottish hospitality.
Ceilidhs, birthdays and other celebrations
Informal birthday, anniversary and other celebrations can be wonderfully accommodated at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel.
